By using ClimUp, you acknowledge that you have been given access to the Privacy Policy.
Privacy consent, when legally required, will be requested separately and will not be treated as automatically granted merely because you accepted these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and Climate Tracker Asia agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the concern in good faith through written communication.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal protection or filing a complaint with an appropriate court, regulator, or government authority.
Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the proper courts or authorities with jurisdiction under Philippine law.
23. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Our failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
Climate Tracker Asia may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, partnership, or transfer of ClimUp, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection requirements.
